August 22nd ~ Around 1950 South Adams County Fire was alerted to a possible fire threatening a home in the area of Counter Road and 104th.  While responding emergent Engine 25 was involved in a front end collision with a Gold SUV at 104th and Brighton road.  The driver of the SUV was injured and quickly transported to the hospital.  The crew of Engine 25 were shaken but not injured and the accident remains under investigation.  The original incident was investigated by other companies and found to be a good intent call only.  Mike Melton Photos
