October 21st/22nd ~ Arvada Firefighters were alerted to a structure fire in the 4600 block of Miller Street around 23:30.  First due companeis arrived to find a two story single family dwelling with flames & smoke showing.  An offensive attack was used to fight the 2nd floor & attic fire.   All searches proved negative and extensive overhaul took place.  The family was displaced from their home.  At the same time Truck 6 & Engine 3 were fighting a tractor trailer fire on Vance Street.  Wheat Ridge & Westminster were moved into Arvada for coverage.  Ricke Luebke Photo
