September 24th ~ Around the noon hour Southwest Adams County Fire was alerted to a possible structure fire at 2722 Meadowbrook Drive.  Neighbors Reported lots of smoke coming from the home. Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke conditions from the A Side.  A working fire tone was requested along with mutual aid from Westminster.  Crews forced entry and found a small, smoldering kitchen fire.  All searches proved negative and brief overhaul took place.  The fire is believed to be electrical in nature.  Mike Melton Photos
