April 12, 2009 ~ West Metro Dispatch alerted Wheat Ridge Firefighters to a reported structure fire at 4000 Independance Court.  First due units arrved to find moderate smoke showing and a second floor fire extending to the attic.  Firefighters advanced lines and quickly knocked the fire.  One patient was transported to a local hospital for injuries.  Rick Luebke Photos.
