September 3rd ~ In the mid afternoon West Metro Firefighters were called to the 2400 block of South Holland for a Confirmed Structure Fire.  First arriving crews found smoke showing from the charlie side of a two story single family.  The bulk of the fire was located in the rear of the garage and quickly knocked.  Minor extension to the attic was found and vertical ventilation was completed.  All searches proved negative and no injuries were reported.   Rod Blakney & Eric Hurst Photos
