September 5th ~ At 1525 hours, Littleton & South Metro Firefighters were alerted to a possible structure fire in the 6500 block of South Dahlia Circle.  First due Engine 14 found light smoke showing from the eaves of a single family ranch style home.  One line was advanced and a room & content fire was quickly knocked down.  The primary search lead to the rescue of 3 dogs, one was treated for minor smoke inhalation.  No injuries were reported, an investigator and the Red Cross were called to the scene.  Eric Hurst Photos
