May 26, 2009 ~ Around 1550 two parties in a gold F-350 ran a stop sign in front of a commerce police officer near Brighton road.  The officer tried to stop the driver for the violation, the driver then increased his speed and tried to escape the officer.  After a short chase the truck lost control at 60th and Brighton road.  The vehicle rolled, took out a chain link fence and landed back on its wheels.  Both parties self extracted and tried to flee.  One party was too injured and stayed while the other ran into a local train yard where a small altercation with rail way workers took place.  The suspect then left the area, Police searched the area and an investigation took place.  Mike Melton Photos
