Adams County SWAT Incident 10/8 ~ North Washington Fire Rescue was called to the area of 88th and Rainbow road for a barricaded suspect.  Adams County Sheriff office was trying to make contact with a young male who would not come to the door or speak with officers.  The ACSO SWAT Team was requested to assist the on scene deputies with the situation.  After many attempts and hours of waiting to get the party to speak with police or let them know he was safe, tear gas was deployed into the home.  Quickly after tear gas was shot into the home the party of interest exited the home and was taken into custody without incident.  Firefighters treated the party for tear gas exposure and the house was ventilated and secured.  Mike Melton Photos
