July 7, 2009 ~ Around 1930 Federal Heights Firefighters were alerted to an unknown problem at Chamenish Park.  Crews arrived to citizen reports of a possible person missing in one of the ponds at the park.  Witnesses reported large air bubbles visible just offshore.  The Metro Dive Team was immediately activated.  Divers conducted searches for at least an hour with nothing found.  The area was cleared as a good intent call.
