December 21 ~ Just before 20:00 Thornton Fire was alerted to a debris fire threatening a structure at 86th and Washington.  While units were coding enroute the reporting parties told dispatchers the building was beginning to catch on fire.  The call was up graded to a full structure fire response bringing mutual aid from North Metro and North Washington.  The fire was quickly knocked and held mostly to the exterior of the structure.  Mike Melton Photos
