July 19, 2009 ~ In the mid morning Denver Firefighters responded to 39th & Jason for a reported structure fire. Companies arrived to find a 2 1/2 story, vacant single family dwelling with smoke and fire showing. All searches were negative and companies cleared. Later in the afternoon neighbors reported a light smoke condition from the attic, crews returned and found a small pocket of fire which was quickly knocked. No injuries occurred and investigators were called to the scene. Photos taken at the afternoon incident.
