June 22, 2009 ~ Around midnight Wheat Ridge Firefighters were called to an automatic fire alarm in commercial building at 37th and Kipiling.  The first due engine arrived to find a one story commercial strip with smoke showing and additional resources were requested from West Metro.  The crew from Wheat Ridge advanced a line and began searching for fire.  WMFR crews started arriving and assisted with water supply, ventilation and searches.  A fire as located inside Clancy's Irish Pub and quickly knocked with no extension to neighboring businesses.  No injuries were reported and investigators were called to the scene.  Rick Luebke Photos
